2012 Weekend Rates
3 DAY RENTAL - $2,900.00 (+refundable clean/damage deposit)
Use of the Pavillion, Gazebo, grassy meadows, two horseshoepits, fire pit, three umbrella tables, bench seating
spread throughout the premises, bathroom facility and huge parking lot, lighting in the wedding meadow and pathways.
Our facility has recently put in a children's play area.
3 day rental includes FREE 1-night's lodging in Creekside Cabin or a discount towards the Birdsnest Treehouse rental.
1 DAY RENTAL - $2,600.00 (+refundable clean/damage deposit)
You will have access to 50 chairs at no charge, as long as you rent the remainder of the chairs and tables from us.

FOR ALL BOOKINGS
Booking requires a non-refundabe Reservation Fee of $500 to hold your date.
A monthly payment should be made (amount decided by client) until the balance is paid off (30 ) days prior to your event.
There is a refundable Cleaning/ Damage Deposit of $500 in addition to your rental fee of the Pavillion. Leaving the premises clean
and undamaged assures the return of your fee, or it is most often used to pay for the extra rentals.
Chairs rented above the 50 FREE ones: $.95 EACH
6ft rectangular tables: $7.00 EACH (seats 6)
60" round tables: $9.00 EACH (seats 8)
All other rentals , cabins, treehouse, remainder of tables and chairs and other wedding items are at an additional charge.

Creekside Cabins
Comfortable Log Cabins- Each cabin is situated on a babbling creek and has its own fenced in porch. The cabins also have a full bathroom with a shower. They are tastefully decorated and fully furnished.
Pet Friendly Facilities
$150 + 7% Montana bed tax per night

Birdsnest Treehouse
The talk of the town. The most romantic honeymoon suite you could possible find. Situated high in the cottonwood and aspen trees. Two stories with loft bedroom, one and a half bath, full kitchen, and a large, luxurious living room complete with fireplace.
