FOR ALL BOOKINGS
A booking requires a NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit of $500 to hold your date.
A monthly payment should be made (amount decided by client) until the balance is paid off (30 ) days prior to your event.
There is a REFUNDABLE Cleaning/ Damage Fee of $500 in addition to your rental fee of the Pavillion. Leaving the premises clean
and undamaged assures the return of your fee, or it is most often used to pay for the extra rentals.
Chairs rented above the 50 FREE ones are $.95 EACH
6ft rectangular tables are $7.00 EACH (table seats 6 guests)
60" round tables are $9.00 EACH (table seats 8 guests)
All other rentals , cabins, treehouse, remainder of tables and chairs and other wedding items are at an additional charge.
(MONTHLY PAYMENTS CAN BE ARRANGED)

spread throughout the premises, bathroom facility and huge parking lot, lighting in the wedding meadow and pathways.
Our facility has recently put in a children's play area.
You will have access to 50 chairs at no charge, as long as you rent the remainder of the chairs and tables from us.
